Dr. Trevor Manthey is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Ph.D., and Certified Evidence-Based Practitioner with over 19 years of experience in motivational interviewing, behavioral health, and supported education and employment. A member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), Trevor specializes in helping individuals and organizations adopt evidence-based practices that promote self-determination and sustainable behavior change.

Trevor has trained professionals across the U.S. and internationally in motivational interviewing, strength-based approaches, and recovery-oriented systems. His work spans research, direct service, curriculum development, and technical assistance for system-level change. Passionate about empowering others, Trevor bridges academic insight with real-world application to foster lasting outcomes in clinical, educational, and organizational settings.
