The Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE) is the only national membership organization focused exclusively on Employment First to facilitate the full inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace and community.
APSE members recognize that everyone has abilities to contribute and their work should be recognized and rewarded with fair pay, creating inclusive workplaces. Employment enriches and adds meaning to every life, and workplaces and communities are enhanced when they embrace differences.

APSE Membership
APSE serves as the national advocate for the Employment First initiative. Our members are at the forefront of establishing inclusive workplaces, equitable wages, and benefits, as well as ensuring the dignity associated with meaningful employment for individuals with physical, mental health, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.
We are committed to fostering equitable wages and inclusive employment opportunities for all individuals with disabilities through targeted policy reforms and collaborative partnerships with employers.
APSE provides a variety of membership options for both individuals and organizations. By becoming a member, you will receive timely information, valuable resources, and support that will enhance your ability to be an effective advocate.
